And...here is my interpretation of the quote...

I had these cute bubble photos of my 9 year old son Joseph with his Cousin (age 4.5) on our family vacation to Ohio earlier in July.  They had so much fun playing together since they don't see each other very often.

Desert Biking

This week at FROSTED DESIGNS our challenge is "OUTDOORS".....

Here is Joseph in the Desert at the end of our street....Desert Biking on his new Mountain Bike... I guess I should be happy that it's not MOUNTAIN BIKING....YET!!!

This week at SKETCHES IN THYME we have this fun sketch...

and I used these photos of Joseph as he crossed over from "Cub Scouts" to Webloes....

Heart Cards -- fun use of Washi tape

This week at FROSTED DESIGNS our challenge is:

Washi tape, ribbon, twine...

Use at least 2

 

So on my cards, I used all of them!!

To make the hearts:  I took a piece of white cardstock and just put rows of the different Red Washi tapes.  Then I cut out the large one and punched the 2 on the smaller card.

This week at SKETCHES IN THYME we have this fun sketch:

And I'll tell you what the journaling is about...basically I did a football photo shoot with Joseph in the backyard.  When he saw this photo printed, he adamantly told me that I was not allowed to scrapbook it since the pose looked "girly".  So after about a month, I finally asked him if I could scrap it IF I did by making the subject of the layout the story about he doesn't like the photo......here you go buddy!!!  Thanks for being a good sport!
