Memorable Seasons Blog Hop & SNR pubb'd projects from June issue

Welcome to the start of the Memorable Seasons Blog Hop...

You should have begun hopping at the Memorable Seasons blog and continue on through the DT blogs to see some of what we created during our Members Challenge Us crop. You might also find a few peeks of what the DT are working with for September! Make sure you leave a comment on the Memorable Seasons blog for a chance to win a prize that will be drawn at the end of the hop. The hop will run from Friday, August 31st – Monday, September 3rd with a full reveal of our September kits on the forum on the 4th. The winner of the hop will be revealed on the blog on the 4th also. On Tuesdays throughout September you will find challenges listed on our Forum and on Thursdays you will find the challenge listed on the blog – so make sure you stop by and catch up on what has been going on!

I don't have a DT kit for September, so I can't show you a sneak of that....

But I am going to show my favorite layout that I did for the Members Challenge Crop a few weeks ago ... Honestly, I had done 11 of the 13 challenges, but there were some concerns expressed about the DT having the challenges early, so I decided it would be looked upon more favorably if I only posted what I probably would have gotten done during the crop anyway...so of the 3 I posted...this one that was Kristin's challenge and was a sketch from Susan Stringfellow at Sketch Savvy (LOVE her sketches)...

  7. Seriously? We have to pick ONE? LOL I really love the Totally Text one...probably because I love how you did the spatters of ink. I can never get the to look good.

  8. Your layouts and cards are all wonderful! The one that stands out to me is the Totally Text page - I love the pops of red in the paint splatters, twine, and buttons that take the eye back to his red shirt. The page has so much texture, too, and all that is going on shouts "BOY!". P.S. I became a follower today.

  9. As usual, your pages are beautiful! I'm finally a follower. My favorite layout of the ones posted (which was hard to pick) would be the Totally Text Grade 2. I love how you brought such a grand focus to such a small photograph. I also love the music notes and rough look. Thanks for a fun stop on this hop.
